Doing good doesn't mean doing everything for free.
This session looks at how reuse organisations and social enterprises can turn their work into sustainable traded income. We'll explore services, workshops, products, memberships, corporate work, pricing and building multiple income streams without losing sight of your social or environmental mission.
We'll also talk about one of the hardest bits: actually charging what your work is worth.
Check our events page for the rest of the dates.

Funding applications can feel like an entirely different language. They don't have to.
We'll look at how to find opportunities worth applying for, turn your idea into a fundable project, define your outputs and outcomes, build a realistic budget and communicate why your project should be funded.
We'll also cover knowing when not to apply and avoiding funding-shaped mission drift.

You're doing loads. But can you actually prove it?
This practical session looks at deciding what is worth measuring, collecting useful data without creating an administrative nightmare, and turning everyday activity into evidence of social and environmental impact.
We'll also look at how to use that information in impact reports, funding applications, pitches, partnerships and communications.

You started a social enterprise to change something. Now you've somehow got staff, volunteers, policies, a board, budgets, deadlines and 47 things marked "urgent".
Welcome.
This session is about the less glamorous reality of running and growing a social enterprise: managing capacity, staff and volunteers, putting systems in place, working with a board, keeping an eye on cash flow, dealing with competing priorities, saying no to opportunities and moving from founder-does-everything to an organisation that can actually function.
Basically: the stuff nobody puts on the Instagram post.
