What’s in store?
Learn the basics of clothing repair in this relaxed 4-week course designed for complete beginners. Over the four sessions, you’ll build confidence using simple hand-sewing techniques to repair and extend the life of your clothes.
You’ll learn how to:
Sew on buttons
Fix small holes and tears
Repair seams
Patch and reinforce worn areas
Use basic repair tools and materials
Make simple visible mending repairs
All materials are provided, but you’re welcome to bring along a garment from home you’d like help repairing. No previous sewing experience needed - just come along and give it a go.
